Taryn and Miles do an incredible job with the Triple Threat class. It's a non-threatening, encouraging, fun introduction to theatrical basics. We've enjoyed the performances the kids have put on, as well as the weekly experience. Good for confidence, and the studio's teaching methodology is both affirming and fun-focused.

Musical Arts is fabulous! Our girls have been dancing here for the past 5 years. They have become strong, confident & talented dancers in Miss Taryn's classes, and their classmates are now their closest friends!

Our daughters have danced at Musical Arts for years. They have grown as dancers, developed wonderful friendships and have had a lot of fun. Miss Taryn is flexible, nurturing, creative and a tremendous teacher who helps her students grow their confidence and reach their potential.

I cannot say enough great things about Taryn and the classes here. My elementary age children have participated in triple threat(acting/singing/dancing), dance and music classes . It’s a wonderful blend of learning new skills and having fun. My kids come out of class with smiles and confidence. I would highly recommend to any child interested in music, dance and/or theatre!!!

This is a magical oasis in our crazy world. Taryn and her staff create a fantastic environment for all of their students. Our daughter loves Musical Arts! They have provided age appropriate lessons & classes that are engaging and productive to our daughter's learning and development! Her favorite days are Musical Arts Days!!

My daughters have been attending MusicalArts for 10 years and have enjoyed a mix of different dance classes and summer camps. My youngest attends the ballet/tap class (this is her third year), and she loves every minute with Miss Taryn. It’s amazing to watch her grow as a dance student. I absolutely recommend.

My daughter (currently 5) has been taking tap and ballet lessons for the last couple of years and loves it! We’ve appreciated the small class sizes and low pressure teaching approach. The location at the old Exeter High School on Linden St is also very convenient. There are recitals but they’re not mandatory for those not interested in them. For those that are - their performances are absolutely adorable and the kids have so much fun!

Three of my children have taken dance classes with Musical Arts Exeter/ Academy of Music & Dance and I can't recommend this beautiful studio enough. The teachers are extremely talented and professional, and they are highly skilled in helping young dancers learn the complexities and rigors of dance while having fun and enjoying movement. Each class feels like a celebration, and the teachers promote a strong sense of community and rapport among the dancers. Academy of Music & Dance's classes have given my kids a sense of confidence and pride in their hard work and have helped them increase their own body awareness and coordination. As a parent, I appreciate the family-friendly and family-focused atmosphere that still maintains exceptional, high-quality teaching standards. Dance class is everyone's favorite time of the week!
